Unlock Your Complete Potential
Unlock Your Complete Potential
At MVP Holistic Development™, our mission is to guide athletes through holistic athlete development, focusing on the essential non-physical skills training that enables success both on the field and in life. We emphasize the personal skills that the most accomplished athletes and leaders embody: self-awareness, communication, discipline, resilience, and character. This approach ensures that athletes can unlock their full potential through effective leadership coaching for athletes.

Talent gets athletes noticed. Character helps them rise to the occasion.
MVP HD builds the part of the game nobody sees on a stat sheet: how athletes handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and lead the people around them.
Our coaches have played and coached at the highest levels, from the PLL to the Big Ten to national teams. We pair that with the same leadership tools we’ve used to coach executives, military officers, and championship programs, built for high school athletes.
The result: athletes who compete with more confidence, recover faster, and step into leadership roles their teammates actually follow.
Programs & How We Work
We coach individuals, groups, and whole teams.
Individuals can work 1:1 or join a small group.
Teams get their own program, built around their roster and their culture.
Our Approach: MVP Holistic Development™
Maturity. Vision. Purpose. Discipline.
MVP-HD™ develops athletes from the inside out by emphasizing non-physical skills training. We focus on cultivating essential non-physical skills such as self-awareness, effective communication, discipline, and resilience—skills necessary for transitioning, leading, and excelling in every aspect of life.
Rather than merely motivating athletes, we inspire committed individuals to develop the mindset, behaviors, and accountability required to thrive in high-pressure environments.
At MVPHD™, we prioritize training the person first, ensuring our athletes develop comprehensive skill sets that foster natural leadership growth.
MVP Holistic Development™ is built on four pillars that shape how athletes think, lead, and perform under pressure.
At the center is the athlete. Surrounding them are the non-physical skills that determine whether talent actually shows up when it matters.
Resilience, self-awareness, confidence, and consistency are essential components of holistic athlete development. The ability to regulate emotion, stay present under stress, and respond deliberately—rather than reacting—when momentum shifts is a crucial part of non-physical skills training. These skills are often enhanced through leadership coaching for athletes, equipping them to navigate challenges both on and off the field.
Communication, empathy, and problem solving are essential non-physical skills training for holistic athlete development. Reading the room, understanding teammates, and building trust are the invisible skills that leadership coaching for athletes emphasizes to transform groups into effective teams.
Accountability, inspiration, and curiosity. Leadership, especially in the realm of holistic athlete development, is not merely a title; it’s demonstrated through repeated action. Athletes cultivate influence by inspiring others and modeling behaviors, integrating both physical and non-physical skills training into their journey. This is the essence of effective leadership coaching for athletes.
Preparation, time management, and process are essential for holistic athlete development. Sustainable performance is built through systems, not just motivation; it involves consistently doing the right things. This includes leadership coaching for athletes and non-physical skills training to ensure a well-rounded approach.

Abby Bosco knows what it takes to stay steady when the game, and life, get hard.
Abby is one of the top defenders in professional women’s lacrosse. In her rookie pro season, she was named Defensive Player of the Year and was one of the only rookies ever to serve as captain of a pro team.
Before going pro, she was a two-time All-American and captain at the University of Maryland, the 2022 Big Ten Defender of the Year, and a two-time Tewaaraton nominee.
She started four years at Penn before that, leading the Ivy League in ground balls and helping win an Ivy League title.
But her edge isn’t just physical. When COVID wiped out two of her college seasons, Abby had a job offer signed and next steps figured out. Instead, she entered the transfer portal and earned her spot on the most storied program in the sport and kept charging forward.
A three-sport captain in high school and longtime youth coach, Abby now helps young athletes build the mental toughness, composure, and leadership she brings to the field at the highest level of the game.

He went on to serve as Player Development Director for Princeton Football, mentoring student-athletes on how they show up on and off the field.
As co-founder of The Big North Takeover, Don creates real opportunities for young athletes through youth camps, academic support, and leadership coaching. He has also worked alongside pro athletes across the NFL, WNBA, and NWSL, helping run community events, build partnerships, and support public appearances.
Don now helps young athletes build the mindset, character, and leadership that turn talent into a future.
