At MVP Holistic Development™ our mission is to help athletes develop the non-physical skills necessary to succeed on the field and in life.
We focus on the personal skills that the most successful athletes and leaders possess: Self awareness, communication, discipline, resilience and character, so athletes can reach their full potential.

MVP HD develops athletes into the best versions of themselves, often rising to leadership positions. We combine elite coaching experience with proven frameworks used by executives, military officers, and championship programs.
1:1 Individual Holistic Development for select athletes (7 Seats Remaining)
Small Group Winter Cohorts — January 2026
8-week intensive, small groups (8-10 athletes)
2 Cohorts:
Maturity. Vision. Purpose. Discipline.
MVP-HD™ develops athletes from the inside out.
We develop the non-physical skills that are essential for success: self-awareness, effective communication, discipline, and the resilience necessary to transition, lead and excel in every aspect of life.
We don’t motivate, we inspire athletes... we work with committed athletes and build the mindset, behaviors, and accountability that allows them to thrive in high-pressure environments.
MVPHD™ trains the person first, so our athletes grow as a result of the focus on non-physical skills.
From that skill set, leadership grows naturally.
MVP Holistic Development™ is built on four pillars that shape how athletes think, lead, and perform under pressure.
At the center is the athlete. Surrounding them are the non-physical skills that determine whether talent actually shows up when it matters.
Resilience, self-awareness, confidence, and confidence.
The ability to regulate emotion, stay present under stress, and respond deliberately instead of reacting when momentum shifts.
Communication, empathy, and problem solving.
Reading the room, understanding teammates, and building trust: the invisible skills that turn groups into teams.
Accountability, inspiration, and curiosity.
Leadership is not a title; it’s repeated action. Athletes earn influence through inspiration and by modeling the behaviors themselves.
Preparation, time management, and process.
Sustainable performance is built through systems, not motivation... doing the right things consistently.
